Cognitia is early. We are hiring people who want to ship real product, learn how startups actually work, and help define personal AI memory before it is obvious.
View open rolesWe are not building another chat wrapper. We are building the persistent memory substrate personal AI has been missing.
Ingest email, calendar, files, finance, social, messaging, and devices into a structured graph — entities, temporal facts, behavioral signals, and provenance.
Make memory usable by Claude, Cursor, and any MCP client with scoped consent — so context travels with the person, not the vendor.
Users inspect, delete, export, and optionally monetize their memory. Governance is product, not a policy PDF.
AI assistants today forget, silo context, and treat memory as a platform feature they own. We believe personal memory should be a user-owned asset — inspectable, portable, and useful across every AI someone uses.
If we succeed, people carry a durable memory layer through tools and models the way they carry identity and payments today. Cognitia is that layer: the system of record for personal context.
We are a flat early-stage startup. Titles are light. Ownership is heavy. The best idea wins — including yours on day one.
No layers of managers between you and the work. You talk to founders daily, ship directly, and see the consequences of your decisions.
We prefer clear outcomes over ceremony. Write things down when it helps; skip rituals that exist only to feel organized.
Ambiguity is normal. We bias to working software and honest feedback over perfect plans. Taste and speed both matter.
Everyone contributes to product. Interns included. If you want a spectator role with tidy tickets, this will feel wrong — and that is intentional.
